At Universal Works, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or post office.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
